Who Should Enroll

Vision Discount Plan is a free, members-only vision benefits program designed for individuals, families, and small businesses in North Carolina who may not have a comprehensive vision plan or benefit. Vision Discount Plan members receive an easy-to-understand and easy-to-use vision service plan that includes discounts on exams, eyeglasses, contact lenses and sunglasses.

Insurance Change? No Insurance? No Problem!

If you are a North Carolina state employee, a small business owner or a part-time employee, you may have had to make tough choices related to your insurance benefit or you may not have vision insurance that covers your dependent family members. We don't think you should skip taking care of your vision because you cannot afford vision insurance. While the Vision Discount Plan is not vision insurance, it does eliminate the hassle of keeping track of vision coupons or looking for the latest vision deals for discount contact lenses and eyeglasses. All you need is your Vision Discount Plan Member Card.

• 25% Off Non-Prescription Sunglasses

How To Enroll

You don't have to wait to use your member benefits! You can enroll on-line right now by completing a simple form. Just select one of our discount plans:

• Individual Discount Plan
  to enroll yourself and your dependent family members
• Corporate Discount Plan
  to enroll your North Carolina small business

Once you complete the Enrollment Form, you will automatically receive a voucher to print that you can use to take advantage of your Member Benefits until your permanent membership card arrives in the mail (membership cards typically take between 2 and 4 weeks to arrive).
