Vision Discount Plan is not vision insurance. Vision Discount Plan is a free membership plan for members and their dependent family members, which provides a specific, limited set of discounts for routine wellness vision exams for glasses and contacts, bundled wellness contact lens exams and fitting fees (for non-complex fitting procedures for spherical contact lenses), retinal photographs, disposable contact lens materials, and prescription eyeglasses/sunglasses and non-prescription sunglasses (with certain frame lines excluded). Those discounts not specifically offered by the Member Benefits are not included in the Member discounts.

Vision Discount Plan benefits may not be combined with any other insurance discounts, insurance benefits, coupons, promotions, special pricing offers or other discounts. Member discounts are not valid for previous purchases or service fees. Members must present their Vision Discount Plan member card at time of service to receive discounts.

During the course of your wellness vision exam or other testing, if you or your dependent family member is/are diagnosed with other medical needs or require special testing or procedures beyond the Member discounts, any fees associated with recommended or required treatment are the responsibility of the Member.

Payment is required at the time of service or purchase of products. Members must present their Member Card at time of service to receive discounts.

Vision Discount Plan discounts are available exclusively through Eye Care Associates offices located in North Carolina. Locations can be found by going to www.ecanc.com or by calling 888-863-2030 toll free (within North Carolina). Vision Discount Plan discounts will not be honored by other eye health care providers.

Eye Care Associates reserves the right to modify discounts, or to eliminate part(s) or all of the offered discounts without prior notice to members.
